About Us
CastleCrest Homes is co-owned by Jeremy & Wade; two residential development experts with over half a century of experience between them. Both owners are passionate about delivering high-quality, sustainable dwellings within London and the Home Counties, and as such between the pair they have delivered over a thousand homes.
Managing Director
Jeremy Pattie
Prior to founding CastleCrest Homes, Jeremy played a leading role in the delivery of more than eight hundred homes across a number of prestigious residential developments throughout London and the South East of England.
As Managing Director, Jeremy is responsible for overseeing the company's development pipeline, managing live projects through the planning and delivery process and maintaining strong relationships with key financial partners and investors. His leadership and industry expertise are instrumental in driving the company's growth and ensuring the successful execution of its developments.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys keeping up with the latest rugby fixtures and spending quality time with his wife and two daughters.
Chief Financial Officer
Wade Newmark
Wade brings a wealth of experience to CastleCrest Homes in finance, property and business management. He began his career as an investment banker working in the City, where he developed a strong foundation in corporate finance, investment strategy and capital markets. Since then, he has successfully undertaken many of his own developments and currently operates his own care home portfolio business.
As CFO, Wade is responsible for overseeing CastleCrest's institutional and private funding investors, managing relationships with shareholders and supporting the company's financial and strategic growth. His expertise in finance, investment, and property development plays a key role in ensuring the business is well-positioned to deliver its long-term objectives.
Outside of work, Wade is an avid watch collector and relishes the time he gets to spend with his wife, daughter and the family dog.
